Lovely 2 night stay here, a great base for the Three Peaks. Room was comfy and spotless. Breakfast was perfect. Our hosts could not do enough to help and advise. Already booked for next year for longer

Lovely 2-day stay in Settle with great accommodation which was centrally located within walking distance of all amenities. Room was spotless and comfortable and the hosts very welcoming. Nothing too much trouble, even arranged gluten free biscuits and breakfast!!

I stayed here whilst cycling the ‘Way of the Roses’ and recommend the King William to future followers of this epic route. The owners have a secure and dry storage facility for cycles. Customer service is excellent My room was warm, clean, characterful and comfortable. The guest house is located in the heart of Settle with an abundance of choice for evening meals. I enjoyed my breakfast and will most certainly return when cycling in this area again next year.
