Bolton Abbey Stroll with dog
Today we took Chris’s Mum Jenny and Lucas the Labradoodle to Bolton Abbey for a stroll along the river and into the woodland at Bolton Abbey near Skipton. There were times Lucas had to be on the lead (i.e when we walked through the conservation area) and if livestock was present. The trails were clearly marked with instructions about dogs and directions. We stopped off in the Cavendish Pavilion for lunch which was our half way point and was very nice too. We noticed the accessibility for both wheelchairs and pushchairs so a great day for all to enjoy this beautiful and stunning Abbey and grounds.
