Where possible local, free range and organic produce of the finest quality is used. Our tea, coffee and sugar are all fair trade.
Fresh fruit salad, juices, cereals and yoghurts are available for self-service. As an alternative to a traditional full English breakfast, smoked salmon with scrambled egg or granola, fresh fruit, greek yoghurt and honey are offered as a lighter option.
